At FUL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
